Evaporative Milk Condensing Plant
Die Verarbeitungsanlage der McCarty Family Farms befindet sich auf unserem eigenen Bauernhof und ist die einzige ihrer Art in Nordamerika. Durch unser innovatives Verdampfungsverfahren wird das Milchvolumen durch Rückgewinnung des natürlichen Wassergehalts deutlich reduziert. Das aufbereitete Wasser wird zur Bewässerung verwendet, während die reduzierte Milchmenge deutlich weniger Platz benötigt, um an unsere Kunden weitergeleitet zu werden.

As part of a balanced diet, we feed our dairy cows a variety of non-GMO grains, forages, and other nutritious ingredients. With the purchase of a local grain elevator, now McCarty Family Farms Grain, we have brought our grain storage and processing capabilities closer to home. In addition to storing our own grain, we now offer storage and grain trade options to the local farming community.
