McCarty Family Farms is hiring a dependable, hands-on Assistant Dairy Manager to help lead daily dairy operations and support a high-performing team. This full-time leadership role works closely with the Dairy Manager to oversee key areas including animal care, milking operations, employee supervision, herd health, feeding coordination, facility upkeep, safety, and animal welfare standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, team-oriented, comfortable leading employees in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great fit for someone committed to high standards for milk quality, cow comfort, employee safety, and overall operational performance.
