Maintenance Technician

McCarty Family Farms is currently hiring for a Night Shift Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on to join our 4th generation dairy operation.

CONDENSING PLANT TEAM MEMBER
Rexford, Kansas
Responsibilities will include production floor monitoring, milk receiving, milk handling, and laboratory testing. No experience is required and all training will be provided. This will be shift work and will require weekend work (every other weekend). We are operating 24 hours a day and will require employees on one of two 12 hour shifts.
Salary starting at $17.50 per hour with pay increase opportunities after 60 days of employment and monthly bonus potential. We will provide benefits (Insurance package and 401K plan), paid holidays and vacation.
